We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a refund or exchange
CONDITION
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resaleable condition. For bikes, they must not have been ridden outside. Proof of purchase is required.

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service for high-value items.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund.

REFUNDS
To return your purchase please visit the shop at 3 Campion Square, Thirsk YO7 1GW or Email us atshop@redskybikes.co.uk to arrange to ship the goods back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
30 DAY RIGHTS
Under theConsumer Rights Act of 2015you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you – whichever is later).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you can’t demand a full refund in the first instance but you still have the right to a repair or replacement under theConsumer Rights Act 2015.
GOODS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS
Perishable goods such as food products cannot be returned.
We also do not accept products that are intimate, or hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

How long do I have to return an item?

Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items back to us. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, especially for high-value items, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged or is faulty?
We are very sorry if this happens! Please contact the shop immediately via email shop@redskybikes.co.uk or phone 01845 444464. We will guide you through the process of getting the item back to us so we can issue a replacement, arrange a repair, or process a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and if we are able to resolve your complaint within a reasonable time frame, we will send you a final response detailing our resolution.
If we are unable to provide you with a final response within a reasonable time frame, we will send you an email explaining the reason for delay and when we expect to issue you with a final response.
