TAKE OUR DEMO BIKES ON YOUR LOCAL TRAILS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO BUY!
At RedSky Bikes we want you to be absolutely sure that your new bike is the right one for you and what better way to do that than ride the bike on your local trails before you make that final decision.
You don’t have to wait for a Demo Event as we have a year round Demo Fleet here at RedSky Bikes. Don’t see the bike you want in our demo fleet, fear not, we can organise demo bikes from some of our Supplier’s own Demo Fleets – Mondraker, Pivot & Merida all offer this service.
Get in touch with us at the shop in person, or call 01845 444464 or email shop@redskybikes.co.uk to arrange a demo. The fee for taking a demo bike out is £70 for non-electric and £90 for electric, but should you decide to go ahead with buying a bike from us this will be fully refunded.
If you aren’t able to transport the bike we can arrange to drop off & pick up the bike, but this would require a separate delivery charge to cover costs.

You don’t have the bike or size that I would like to try?
Fear not, these are just some of our most popular bikes and sizes, but we can usually arrange to get hold of our Suppliers own demo fleet bikes for customers to try. Just get in touch and let us know what it is you were thinking and we will do our best to get your sorted out.
Do I need to sign a Disclaimer?
Yes we will go through that with you in the shop when you collect the bike.
What is the cost?
The fee is £70 for a non-electric bike, and £90 for an electric bike, but if you decide to buy any bike from us, that fee will be deducted against the purchase price.
How long do I have the bike for?
Demo bikes are available to pick up from 9am Monday to Friday and would need to be back the following day. Please note bikes collected on a Friday would be available for the full weekend to be brought back Monday 9am.
What should I bring with me when collecting my demo bike?
PAPERWORK
You will need some Photo ID either a Drivers License or Passport plus a recent Utility Bill/Bank Statement with the same address on as your Photo ID. We will keep them safe in the shop until the bike has been returned.
PEDALS
Bring your own Pedals so we can fit them to the bike. If you haven’t got any let us know and we can fit some Flat Pedals for you.
SUSPENSION SETUP
If you are taking one of our full suspension bikes out then let us know your weight and we can get it all tuned for you before your ride.
EX-DEMO BIKES
At certain points in the year we sell off our Demo Bikes for cost, so get in touch if you are after a bargain nearly new bike.
All our ex-demo bikes come fully serviced and regularly maintained by our Head Mechanic, Dan.
Mondraker and Pivot models include full manufacturer frame warranty as new and all models have been fitted with invisiframe protection since day 1 to ensure original paintwork remains in excellent condition.
Electric models will come with remaining manufacturer warranty period on electrical parts from the date they were first used. Mechanical parts are not covered but have been serviced or replaced in preparation for sale.
