At RedSky Bikes you have the flexibility of choosing from our three distinct Service Packages, or a specific repair or upgrade. Teamwork helps keep your bike in tip top condition here at RedSky Bikes. It’s important that when your bike is booked in for a service, repair or upgrade our Head Mechanic includes you, the owner, in its assessment and in any work that is required.

Dan our Head Mechanic has been working on bikes of his own and friends for many years and gained his Cytech qualification in 2019. His wealth of knowledge and his meticulous approach to cycle repairs will ensure you and your bike receives the best possible care.

We welcome all brands and styles of bikes in our state-of-the-art Park Tool workshop and can undertake anything from a full bike strip down and repair as well as small individual jobs!

SHIMANO SERVICE CENTRE

RedSky Bikes are proud to be an authorised Shimano Service Centre. We are part of a global network of independent retailers offering professional bike care, service, and repair for Shimano components and bikes. As a certified centre we provide expertise, use genuine Shimano parts and technology for repairs and maintenance, and are trained to service various types of bikes, including those with Shimano's advanced e-bike systems.







ELECTRIC BIKES

At RedSky Bikes we have pledged to the E-Bike Positive Campaign to advertise, sell and repair only UK legal and safety-checked e-cycles. We have all the equipment and software to work on motors from Bosch, Brose, Fazua, Shimano and Mahle. The UK cycling sector, including industry trade bodies, leading e-bike brands, local bike shops and national charities, have joined forces for the biggest-ever national campaign to boost electric bike battery safety knowledge, inform more people of the benefits of e-cycling, and encourage consumers to buy with confidence.

CUSTOMER JOURNEY

• You will be invited to spend a few minutes with Dan our head mechanic when you first drop your bike off
• We would like you to point out any issues at that time and undertake an inspection of your bike with you present. This will take only a few minutes but may highlight any issues before you leave the shop
• All jobs are pre-quoted and agreed with you before work commences
• We will always contact you via phone or email before any additional work is undertaken
• We will turn your repair around in as short a time as possible and you will be contacted by phone or email once its ready to collect
• On collection we will talk you through all the work undertaken and highlight any areas which may need further attention
• You will be provided with an itemised bill to show the work done and the bikes service history will be held on your customer records should you ever need to refer back to anything
